At Clara S. Inc, we're committed to making your return process as easy as possible. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return guidelines:
1. Timely Return Request: To ensure a smooth return experience, kindly submit your return request within 2 WEEKS of receiving your order.
2. Authorized Returns: Only authorized returns will be eligible for credit. Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
Your request will be declined for the understandable reasons:
1. Expired Request: If you submit your return request more than 2 weeks after receiving your order, it may not be approved.
2. Correct Order: If your order was fulfilled accurately, your return request will not be approved.
3. Style/Size/Color Changes: We are unable to accommodate requests for switching styles, sizes, or colors. Please place a new order for the desired items.
4. Off Price Items: Off Price (OP) items can be replaced if they are damaged. Please note that OP items are considered final sale.
5. Invalid Reason: Return requests with invalid reasons, such as items ordered from the catalog without having seen the product, will not be approved.
