Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
1. Each interested boutique receives a unique affiliate link. All sales made from the boutique's specific link will be paid 20% commission from the net sales i.e retail price less any discounts, tax, sales returns, or sales allowance
You will earn commission if the following conditions are met
● A customer makes a purchase using your boutique's affiliate link
● A customer uses your assigned Discount Code from your boutique
2. You must never promote your link on other boutique’s social media platforms or on Clara Sunwoo’s social media platforms. This program was created for you to reach your own customers and not to take from others who have their own social media.
You must not promote your link on other boutiques social media comments. You must not promote your link on Clara Sunwoo’s social media comments which include but is not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and Twitter.
You must only share your provided link within your own social media platforms that belong to your boutique. This program is made to help you promote to your own customer base. If any of your links are posted on a different boutique's social media platform, we will not honor the commissions and you will be terminated from the program with no notice from the company.
3. Each boutique can use their affiliate link from 4/15/20 - 7/15/20.
We may extend the dates at a later time depending on how the corona virus affects the industry.
4. Commission will be paid to the boutique 45 days after shipment date to fully account for exchanges or returns. All returned and refunded items do not receive commissions.
5. All items in stock will be directly shipped to the customer by Clara Sunwoo on behalf of your boutique. ( At this moment, we should be able to fulfill your customers' orders within 2-5 business days, but this is subject to change at any moment).
6. Occasionally, items that are not in stock will be refunded to the customer immediately and no commission will be paid if we are unable to ship
7. This affiliate program can be terminated or updated for the duration of the program to better service all parties
8. Participating in the Clara Sunwoo affiliate program does not allow you to use our Trademarked Terms as part of your website domain or sub-domain
9. As the Affiliate, you are responsible for your website and social media for ensuring that your reviews, product descriptions and articles obey all copyright and other laws.
10. If you would like to stop this affiliate program at any time, Notify Clara Sunwoo by email to affiliate@clara-sunwoo.com In the subject line, write “I want to end my affiliate program”
11. Clara Sunwoo shall have no liability for any indirect damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising from this Affiliate Marketing Program.
